Cancellation Policy

We ask for you to be on time! If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. If you have to cancel your appointment, please do so at LATEST 5 hours prior. If you are within the 5 hour time-frame, there will be a $25 fee applied you can either pay in advance of your next appointment or at your next appointment. BScates Versatile Styles Salon practices a strict No Call/ No Show policy. At any point you become a No Call/No Show, you will be charged a $25 non refundable deposit to re-book. The No Call/ No Show deposit WILL NOT be applicable to fee of services rendered to you at the "re-book" appointment.
